Show Home’s Dreamy Child’s Bedroom

Date

I recently collaborated with Montario Homes to transform one of their spec homes into a stunning show home. The house before was styled to sell, but still needed help to make it shine and to show it off properly. I have already revealed the primary suite and the main living area. Today, I’m sharing the first child’s bedroom makeover reveal!

This bedroom had some great furniture before, but it felt cold and a bit flat. I wanted to make over the bedroom into a beautiful and unique space, so I added paint and some great decals from Rocky Mountain Decal.

I utilized the same bed, bedding, and the original nightstand. I moved a second matching nightstand into the room from the other child’s bedroom. The new paint and decals, light fixture, and curtains take the room to another level.

The curtains add so much softness and texture to the room, and tie in with the bedding and lampshades. The light coming into this bedroom combines with the pretty pink paint to create a beautiful sunset effect. It is so soft and calming.

We didn’t have time to add panelling or wallpaper, but these decals from Rocky Mountain brought so much charm and character to the space. They doubled as a wall feature and art, and were the perfect way to transform this room.

Simple accessories finish off the space, helping potential buyers imagine themselves in this home.
